Terms of Service

Commission Process

1) ORDERING YOUR COMMISSION
Contact me through any of my social media sites. I will respond within 1 working day.
- Give details about your commission as according to my commission rates. (E.g. Two characters, line art only, half body)
- Please clarify any questions you may have about pricing. I will provide a seperate quotation for some commissions which do not fit the rates criteria.
- Provide references for your commission. (E.g. screenshots of character full body, environment images, composition references.)
- AI generated reference images are allowed, but not ideal as it may cause confusion on some design details.
- Provide me a deadline to finish the commission if necessary. If the deadline is less than one week away, it will incur additional cost.2) PAYMENT
Once your order is complete and accepted by me, I will provide a quotation with your final price.
- Check and approve the pricing. Major changes to the commission (e.g. include background, change composition, add or change character) will incur additional cost to be settled after the commission is complete.
- Excessive requests for change (>4 times) will also incur additional cost.
- Full payment must be completed before I start your commission. Additional costs during the commission process must be settled within one week of the commission completion.3) COMMISSION PROGRESS
- Once I start on your commission, I will update you on the progress. During this time, you can provide feedback and request changes to the artwork.

Commission Terms

1) I have the right to refuse a commission.
2) I have the right to cancel the commission with no refund if any commission and payment terms are violated.

Payment Information

1) All prices are given in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
2) Payment can be made by Paypal (for international clients), PayNow and Cash meetup (for Singaporeans)
3) Full payment must be completed before I start your commission.

Refunds

1) You can cancel and receive a full refund for your commission if I have not progressed beyond the sketch stage.
2) If you wish to cancel your commission after the sketch stage, I will collect a 30% fee. You will be refunded the rest of your payment.
3) If at any stage before payment the client does not respond in 2 working days, I will automatically cancel the commission.
4) If the client does not respond to queries in 7 days during the commission process, I will cancel and refund the commission, but I will collect a 30% fee based on the quotation.
5) I will fully refund your commission if I am unable to complete it for any given reason.
6) In the unlikely event that I have not started on the commission after more than 20 days after payment, I will cancel and fully refund your payment.

Artwork Usage

1) Any artworks commissioned from me cannot be used for NFTs or Generative AI training.
2) Do not use any artworks commissioned from me for profit, unless otherwise agreed. Please discuss with me if you want an artwork for profit, as I may charge an additional commercial fee.
3) Do not claim artworks created by me as your own. You must credit or tag me if you post or use your commission online.
4) Editing the artwork you commissioned by yourself or by other means is not allowed.
5) Do not use or share in-progress images shared with you during the commission process.
